 Cleveland's Favorite Family Tradition's Combo

Our famous family recipe is a staple in Northeast Ohio.
The Family Traditions include 4lbs of Slovenian Smoked Sausage, 2.5 lb Zelodec, and a large Walnut or Walnut-Raisin Potica. (You may substitute the Zelodec with 2 Slovenian Salamis or a Cottage Ham)
*PLEASE NOTE CONCERNING WEIGHTS OF THE THIS PACKAGE.  THE TOTAL WEIGHT OF YOUR SLOVENIAN SAUSAGE AND THE ZELODEC IS 6.5 LBS. SINCE THE WEIGHTS OF THE ZELODEC CAN VARY, WE ADJUST YOUR ORDER TO A TOTAL OF 6.5 LBS.  i.e. IF THE ZELODEC IS LESS THAN 2.5LBS THE SAUSAGE WEIGHT IS INCREASED TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE AND VICE VERSA.
Please specify in the comments section if you have a preferred baker for the Potica.

After coming out of our smokehouse, we carefully vacuum seal each package to preserve that fresh and amazing taste & aroma!
Cooking hint:
Smoked Slovenian Sausage: Cover the sausage with water in a pan/pot.  Bring to a boil on stove top, then reduce heat to a simmer for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
Zelodec: Cover the Zelodec with water in a pan/pot.  Bring to a boil on stove top, then reduce heat to a simmer for approximately 2 hours.  Remove from water to cool, then peel off the casing and slice as desired.
Cottage ham:  Cover the cottage ham with water in a pan/pot.  Bring to a boil on stove top, then reduce heat to a simmer for approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until fork tender.  A delicious hearty meal!
Slovenian Salami: Comes 12-14 inches long, about 2 1/2 " in diameter. Ready to eat.  Slice for a snack or appetizer, and great with wine and cheese!
